"...a wonderful resource for patients who have celiac disease or multiple food sensitivities. Absolutely love this!" ~Jill Carnahan MD
"YUM is a Masterpiece" ~Sandra Cabot MD
Soulfully written, this 368-page lifestyle/art book is perhaps the first entirely plant-based book that does not promote veganism or any other special diet, though acknowledges and honors individual differences with regard to health and dietary preferences.
Because all the recipes are easy enough for even a twelve-year-old to make, you don't have to feel overwhelmed or afraid to make these delectable dishes, even if you are new to cooking or don't like to cook. This, combined with the stunning food and garden photos throughout and the 10-page food allergy chart and special ingredient and nutrition information, make YUM a perfect gift to give to yourself or to anyone you know who wants to live a healthier, more vibrant or conscious life, but doesn't know where to start.
